Your Standard Tour Membership includes ALL the awesome perks of being a part of the most fun and competitive golf league for amateur’s in NorCal.
Please note the parameters of the length of your chosen membership:
- Your Hittin Links Golf Tour membership is good for the current season only from the date of purchase. If you purchase a Tour Membership after the conclusion of a season, your membership will be good for the entire next season.
- *NEW for 2025 and beyond: Handicaps are only ACTIVE for the current calendar year. So whether you join on Feb 1st or Aug 1st, your ncga handicap will only remain active through the current calendar year and starting Jan 1st of the next year you will need to be renewed. By default, players that join or renew their tour membership and ghin with the Tour before the next season starts will have their NCGA ghin activated on Jan 1st.
- All players MUST have an active NCGA GHIN on Tour and with you receive all the perks that come with NCGA and USGA and you can post scores and build a handicap.
- Players have the option to save $ and use their GHIN hosted from another club with Hittin Links. The discounted membership option is available ONLY to players that currently play in another league and have their NCGA GHIN hosted through that other league. *Players that choose this option must keep their GHIN active through the Hittin Links season or you will lose access to events.

Your Membership also includes entry into the Team Championship Season long event where you and your teammate earn combined points for each event played. See Championship Overview Page for more details. If you don’t have a teammate please write “NONE” and we will assign one to you.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no min/max on events you can play on Tour. Most players on Tour play an average of 5 events a year. You can play in as many or as few events as you would like to. Just note that you must play in at least 3 events to be eligible to qualify for our Tour Championship and regardless of how many events you play, your final points total heading into the Championship will be the total of your Best 7 events. If you complete more than 7, we throw out your worst finishes and if play in less than 8 we take ALL your finishes. We host 16 tournaments a year so you have plenty of choices for your fun.

Based on where you live, you will be placed in one of the two conferences we have. We have members all over Norcal in a total of 400 sq miles.
- The Bay Conference: This includes the entire bay area from North Bay down to south bay and everywhere in between.
- The Valley Conference: This includes the entire Sacramento and Central Valley as well as the foothills.
Regardless of conference, players have access to ALL events! We use the conference only for special events like splitting teams for the Clash of the Clubs. In the future, we have plans to use the conferences for standings, but at present all players compete against each other from the same divisions regardless of conference.
Based on your handicap, players will be placed and will compete in the Division closest to your skill level so everyone has a chance to win tournaments, skins and compete in the championships. Divisions outlined below:
- Gross Scoring ONLY – Club Champion – All handicaps
- Womens ONLY – Open Divison ALL Handicaps
- Eagle Net/Gross Division 1 – Handicaps 0 – 9.99
- Birdie Net/Gross Division 2 – Handicaps 10 – 19.99
- Par Net/Gross Division 3 – Handicaps 20+ (Max is 56)
PLEASE Note that Membership fee’s do NOT include cost of tournaments. 16 Tournaments are all at different courses and cost for each tournament will average between $100-$150 per tournament. See “Upcoming Events” for cost of each tournament.
